In order to secure a spot for classes, you must enroll your child using the website form below. Your child is not considered to be enrolled until your complete tuition payment (minus any discounts) is received. You may make your payment using cash, check, or credit card invoiced by email. See our payment, cancellation, and withdrawal/refund policies below for details. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We anticipate our classes will fill up quickly, so be sure to enroll now and make your payment as soon as possible.
- Payment Policy
The complete tuition fee (minus any discounts) is due at the time of registration to guarantee your seat in the course. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card (invoiced by email). See Cancellation & Withdrawal/Refunds Policies below.
Checks should be made out to the Mayflower Arts Center. A $35 fee will be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Refer to our Returned Check Policy for details. Payment should be mailed or delivered to the Mayflower Arts Center, 9 West Main Street, Troy, OH 45373. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
Cash payments may be delivered during regular business hours, otherwise please call 937 552 5848 to schedule an appointment.
If you select to pay by credit card, you will be emailed an invoice with a link to pay online.
- Cancellation Policy
In the event minimum enrollment is not met by the enrollment deadline, you will be notified of the class cancellation and a full refund of class fees will be given. Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled at the end of the term. No refund will be given for class no-shows. Absence due to illness cannot be reimbursed or rescheduled.
- Withdrawals and Refunds
We make schedule and financial decisions based on the information we have at the start of classes, and when people withdraw after the start of classes, this can cause us some financial consequences as well as scheduling headaches. Our withdrawal policy reflects this reality.
Withdrawals prior to the start of class: full credit or refund, provided you haven't received your family materials in advance or you return them in new condition.
Withdrawals during the first three weeks of class: refund or future class credit, either or which are equal to half your tuition fee.
After the third week of classes, no refunds are given. However, if you have special circumstances, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to honor your needs as well as ours.
