Art Class Registration FAQs
In order to secure a spot for fall classes, you must enroll your child using the website form below. Full payment is due at the time of registration to guarantee your child's spot. Your child is not considered to be enrolled until full payment is received. You may make your payment using cash or check. See our payment policy below for details. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We anticipate our classes will fill up quickly, so be sure to enroll now and make your payment as soon as possible.
In the event minimum enrollment is not met by the enrollment deadline, you will be notified of the class cancellation and a refund of class fees will be given.

- Payment Policy
Full payment is due at the time of registration to guarantee your seat in the course. Payment can be made by cash or check.
Checks should be made out to Mayflower Arts Center. A $35 fee will be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Payment should be mailed or delivered to the Mayflower Arts Center, 9 West Main Street, Troy, OH 45373. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
- Cancellation Policy
Fees are 100% refundable if the studio cancels due to insufficient enrollment. Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled at the end of the term. No refund will be given for class no-shows. Absence due to illness cannot be reimbursed or rescheduled. Cancellations made 3 days prior to, and after, the start of class will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
