- PRIVATE AUDITORIUM: Enjoy an auditorium for just you and your friends for up to 2 hours of game time!
- 5.1 DIGITAL SURROUND SOUND, 30' theater screen, Internet streaming available for LIVE online play!
- DEDICATED PARTY HOST: A Mayflower Staff Member will be there to assist you.
- TOURNAMENT PLAY: Organized templates are available if you wish to create a mini-tournament for your group!
Things you need to know:
- Bring your own gaming console, charged controllers, and games to enjoy on our 30' movie screen (NOTE: console must have HDMI connection, HMDI cable provided by venue).
- Gaming is available for $100 per hour. Each additional hour is $75. Parties require a 2-hour minimum and includes any set-up/tear-down time. Additional time may be negotiated at the time of booking.
- There is no minimum for groups however, it is recommended that the group size for play is between 4 and 8 people to maximize game time for each player. All gaming will be done in a 137 seat auditorium.
- There is no age limit for video games parties, but parental discretion is required (if applicable) on ERSB ratings meant for older gamers (ie. any 'M' rated titles).
- A $50 deposit is required for each party and must be received in advance of the party to guarantee booking. The booking is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied to the balance due and final payment is expected on the day of the event.
- If notification of the cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks before the start of the event, we will honor a full refund. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of the event, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre, however if you are celebrating a special event feel free to bring your own cake, party decorations, and supplies.
- Parties can be booked at anytime during non-operating hours, pending availability.
- Gift cards, cash or checks are accepted as form of payment. Credit card invoices may be arranged, but will include a 2.75% transaction fee. Checks should be made out to the Mayflower Arts Center. A $60 fee will be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Refer to our Returned Check Policy for details.
