Painting Parties with the Mayflower Arts Center are a fun way to relax while creating a unique work of art! Guided instruction walks you through every step and all materials are provided -- simple! We host private events most nights of the week (except certain Fridays and Saturdays). Just gather your friends, families, or coworkers (minimum of 8 participants) and complete the form below, or give us a call at 937-552-5848 to book your party!

Be sure to list the name of the image you would like to paint in the form below. Custom designs are available for a $25 surcharge/design. The cost per painter is $35 (child birthday parties are $20/person; all other child parties are $25/person) and always includes all materials.
Event Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. The deposit will be applied toward the total. Checks should be made out to Mayflower Arts Center and mailed to 10120 Columbus Cincinnati Rd., South Charleston, Ohio 45368.
Payment Policy
It is strongly recommended that you collect monies from your paid participants at the time of event registration. Balance minus the $50 deposit is due at the time of the event. Cash or checks are accepted as form of payment from the group or individual participants. Credit card invoices may be arranged, but will include a 2.75% transaction fee. Checks should be made out to the Mayflower Arts Center. A $60 fee will be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds. Refer to our Returned Check Policy for details.
Cancellation Policy
If notification of the private painting party cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of the event, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.
