Built in 1928 by Dayton, Ohio architects, Schenck & Williams, on the cusp of the silent movie era, the historic Mayflower Theater is now being transformed into a visual and performance arts center featuring gallery spaces, indie/art films, fine arts retail, and artist studios. Located on the public square in downtown Troy, Ohio at 9 West Main Street, the Mayflower Arts Center is at the hub of the downtown's vibrant dining, arts, and retail area.
